Justin Carroll - Senior Director of Marketplace Operations

Justin Carroll is the Senior Director of Marketplace Operations for STR Marketplace.  As Senior Director of Marketplace Operations, Justin is responsible for managing the marketplace call center and all marketplace coordinators, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of all team partner marketplaces.

Justin’s role is vital to the success of each team marketplace.  He and his staff are directly responsible for delivering world-class customer service to marketplace customers and team partners.  Justin and his staff manage all interaction with marketplace customers and, therefore, are direct representative of both STR and of its team partners.

Justin graduated Cum Laude from the University of Houston, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.  Prior to joining STR Marketplace, Justin spent five years at Kellogg Brown and Root (KBR), where he served as financial analyst for the Technology Business Unit.

Justin is active in the Houston community.  He serves as a volunteer for the American Heart Association and serves on the Silent Auction Committee for the Bear Bryant Coach of the Year awards banquet held each year in Houston.

Justin resides in Clear Lake, TX with his wife Marlo.
