 The St. Louis Rams sold approximately 30,000 Permanent Seat Licenses (PSLs) prior to the opening of Edward Jones Dome in 1995.  One of the benefits to owning a PSL for the Rams is the ability to transfer ownership of the PSL.   

In 2009, STR Marketplace launched the St. Louis Rams PSL Marketplace.  The Rams marketplace provides a safe and easy way for fans to buy and sell their PSLs for the St. Louis Rams.  The partnership with the team guarantees all the transactions are safe and secure.  The team verifies and approves all listing and transactions. 

The St. Louis Rams PSL Marketplace is open year round.
